PRE-QUALIFICATION & PRE-APPROVAL
Once we know what you're looking for, the next step is understanding exactly what you can comfortably afford. I'll connect you with one of my trusted mortgage lenders — professionals I've closed numerous deals with over the years — who will walk you through pre-qualification and get you fully pre-approved. A pre-approval letter shows sellers you're a serious, qualified buyer and gives us real leverage when it's time to make an offer. You'll avoid the disappointment of falling for a home outside your range, and sellers will know immediately that you're ready to move. The costs are generally nominal, and most lenders let you pay them at closing.
LIST OF NEEDS & WANTS
